1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@moroccanbrassart.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Custom orders can only be canceled within this time frame — once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
